Resources for Change was founded in 1990 by Gail Fisher.

The company is a leader in organizational development, known for helping organizations and businesses increase adaptability by overcoming impediments to productivity. Our clients include government agencies, health groups, medical and legal practices, independent associations, businesses, and not-for-profits.
